Armon Fletcher finishing a dunk

My Story

I've competed at every level. I scored 1,000 points at Southern Illinois University, spent five years as a pro across the G League, Europe, and New Zealand, and put in training reps with Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors. I know what separates good players from great ones, because I've had to become one.

That path took me through college, the pros, and basketball overseas. Along the way I learned the details that actually move the needle, and the standards it takes to compete at the next level. Now I bring that same structure, IQ, and pro-level expectation to the athletes I train.

Mission

From Player to Coach and Educator

This isn't just drills. It's the knowledge, structure, and confidence I wish someone had given me sooner, passed down the right way.

Training Philosophy

How every session is built

Individualized Attention

Every athlete trains around their own game. There is no one-size-fits-all program here.

Basketball IQ First

Reps are only useful if the player understands why. IQ is coached alongside skill.

Game-Speed Reps

Every session runs at the pace of a real game, not a static drill line.

Discipline & Structure

Pro-level standards, applied consistently. These are the habits that separate good from great.

Honest Development

Real feedback on where an athlete stands, not false hope about where they're headed.
